I Made Over 1 Million Dollars Online, Here’s How

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to read my beginners guide to making money online.

I’ve been making money online since 2001. I had a strong desire to get out of what I was doing (construction) and gutted it out and taught myself online marketing.

Here’s just one of the ways I’ve been making money online. This is from placing ads on websites that I own. When someone clicks on the ad, Google shares a percentage with me. If you’re not familiar with Google Adsense, just do a search. Anyone can sign up.

It’s also super easy. That’s’ total income from adsense so far $1,133,896.27 …over a million dollars.

I’m a professional affiliate marketer; I’m not a professional book writer.  If my writing sucks, just remember, if you make money off this, who cares.

I’ve been asked numerous times, for some sort of write up from friends. Enough times I can’t count them anymore.

Since I’m sharing this with my friends, I might as well make it public and share it with everyone.  Hopefully you’ll actually use it to make some cash for yourself. If you actually want to make some cash online, you have to actually DO something. The only way to learn this stuff is just to do it, make a few mistakes, see some success and if you keep at it you’ll start putting it all together.

Just reading about making money online will 100% not make you anything.

I think I’ve tried and made money at just about every possible way you can online.

Some are better than others, some are quicker, etc… when staring out though, keep it super simple.

My friends pester me all the time, how do I make money online? I work at home, make great money, have no debts…most people want that.

I used to be a finish carpenter (doors, cabinets, moldings…). Because of that a lot of the people I know are small business owners. A lot are in the building and service trades and some are professionals.

Because of my success, I get a phone call probably once a month or so, and have for the last 7 years  now,  how do I get online? Until now I’ve never had anything to give them other than recommending some book or other and saying “give me a call if you need help”

That’s why I’m putting this together.

Making money online is actually easy.

The problem when you start out, there’s just so much good and bad information out there it’s not funny. But what’s good and what’s bad? If you have no experience, you don’t know. It all sounds good. A lot of people think “if I’d gotten in, back when you did, it was a lot easier then” just to let you know..that’s wrong!

It’s always been that way…always has been;  there has always been lots of bad information, competition, this and that. The fact is its easier now than it used to be starting out.

My recommendation to you, keep it super simple. Also just focus on one thing that works. If you try this, and then something else and then something else, it’s not going to work.  You’ll 100%, without any question, fail and give up. 100% guarantee that will happen.

I’ve helped a bunch of my friends and I’ve seen people succeed and fail.

I helped a good friend of mine who was living (him his wife and kid) in a small, one bedroom apt. The parents bed was in the living room. He was working as a driver for a delivery company and doing road side sales on weekends. The only time he had to do this was at night. He stuck it out and did it though. A couple years later they bought a 3000 sq. ft. house with a pool.

I think the thing that helped him the most was simply that he wanted it. The second is that he only concentrated on one thing.  I think that’s honestly the biggest factor. It was for me and it was for him too. The willingness to just grind it out, day after day after day and not give in and not get side tracked onto something else.

I think you do have to have some success early on though. I’m going to show you how to get that.

Honestly, it’s so incredibly simple, my 82 year old mom could do it.
Ok, here’s how to do it…

If you keep it simple and just stick it out with one way of making money at first. You’ll do fine. There are a million ways to make money online. But if you don’t at least master one way at first, you’ll never master any of them. You’ll just suck at all of them and fail.

That said,

The two easiest ways to make money online are through either adsense (see graphic above) or amazon.com

A lot of people bang on the amazon affiliate program. Good news for you, there’s not that much competition from sophisticated marketers. The reason they don’t like it, Amazon has a pretty primitive way of tracking where your sales come from for affiliates. Most experienced marketers need to know exactly where the sale came from in order to make a profit. If you’re buying traffic, you need to know what made the sale and what didn’t.

The way I’m going to teach you, you don’t really need to know that and you don’t have to buy traffic.

You CAN make money with Amazon; here’s a screen shot from my account for proof.

What people fail to realize with Amazon, it’s almost like your sending someone to a shopping mall that doesn’t charge sales tax.

The person may go there for a new TV remote control but while at the site, they buy a couple books, a new pair of shoes, a new toy for the baby…whatever. Basically you just get them to the site and you’ll make money.

If they spend around $20 they get free shipping and normally, no sales tax. For that reason…most every order is over $20. Plus EVERYONE knows what Amazon is. There is a super trust factor there already. People already know and trust them. They most likely already have a credit card on file at Amazon.

Super trust factor + free shipping + no sales tax = they will buy something (and make you a commission)

All you need to do is get people in the door!

That’s all your job is.

Honestly, it’s that simple.
No pre selling, no writing fake reviews, no anything.

Just get them in the door, that’s your total job. Simple!
